Fundraising on our behalf

No person or organisation may solicit or collect money in the name of PAPM without our prior written authorisation. If you are approached by someone claiming to collect on our behalf and you are unsure, please contact us and check before giving.

Content and accuracy

We take care that the information here is accurate and current. Documents relating to our registration and accounts are published with their dates, and financial information is presented by financial year. Information can nonetheless become out of date, and we do not warrant that the website is free of error or always available.

Where a figure describing our work is published, it reflects our records at the date stated. We do not publish estimates or projections as though they were achieved results.

Intellectual property

The name Panchmahals Adivasi Pragati Mandal, our logo, and the text, photographs and documents on this website are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not reproduce photographs of the people we work with, or reuse our logo, without written permission. Photographs of beneficiaries are published under consent given for our use, which does not extend to yours.

Donations

Donations are governed by our Donation Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which apply in addition to these terms. Where they conflict with these terms in relation to a donation, those documents prevail.
